1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and get99 (hereinafter "get99", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the get99 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, payment systems, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are effective from the date on which you complete registration of a get99 account or, if earlier, the date on which you first access or use any part of the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or participating in any game, bet, or promotion offered by get99, you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. 2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the get99 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe requested by get99 will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and, in persistent cases, account closure. get99 reserves the right to void any winnings accrued during a period in which the Player's identity or age had not been verified.

3. Account Registration

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on the get99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, get99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all registration information provided is truthful and that you will update your account details promptly if any information changes. get99 accepts no responsibility for failed transactions, delayed withdrawals, or loss of account access arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify get99 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel. get99 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the get99 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. get99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time and get99 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular payment channel.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's get99 account within seconds of the mobile banking transaction confirming. Deposits made via bank transfer or international card may take longer to process. get99 does not charge transaction fees on deposits made through Bangladesh mobile banking channels, however your mobile banking provider may impose their own transaction charges.

get99 will only accept deposits from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including accounts registered to family members, friends, or associates — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is detected, get99 reserves the right to void the deposit, reverse the transaction where possible, and suspend the recipient account pending investigation.

Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering purposes and that have not been subject to any bonus offer may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the identity verification requirements described in Section 2 and the withdrawal procedures described in Section 5.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of identity verification as described in Section 2. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, however large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks and may be released in tranches at get99's discretion.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit where technically possible. get99 does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards not belonging to the Player, or anonymous payment instruments. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically released within 1–4 hours of approval, subject to verification status.
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank): Typically released within 1–3 business days of approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: Typically released within 3–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.

get99 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, get99 may request additional documentation before releasing funds. Players will be notified of any withdrawal delay and provided with a reason where legally permissible.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

get99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game contribution rates. The specific terms applicable to each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable across all get99 promotions include the following:

• Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the promotion terms before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at any one time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus offers are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses is prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.
• get99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel any bonus that has been credited as a result of a technical error or unauthorised manipulation.
• Bonuses credited to an account that has been identified as a duplicate or in breach of these Terms will be voided immediately along with any winnings generated from bonus wagering.
• Free bet promotions and free spin offers have no cash value unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Free bet winnings returned to the account are the net winnings only (i.e., the free bet stake is not returned).

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the get99 sports betting platform and all wagers placed on casino games are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game variant. These product-specific rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform and supplement these Terms.

In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed price, odds, or payout and the correct price, odds, or payout, get99 reserves the right to correct the error and to settle bets at the correct price. Where a bet has been accepted at a materially incorrect price due to a technical error or pricing feed fault, get99 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's account.

For sports betting, all bets are void if the relevant event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the event rules. In-play bets are settled based on the state of the event at the time the bet was placed, subject to the relevant sport rules. get99 uses official competition results and statistics as the basis for all settlement decisions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside get99's reasonable control including telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or natural disasters. get99 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

All games on the Platform are provided by third-party game studios. Whilst get99 works exclusively with certified providers, get99 is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating within third-party game software. In the event of a confirmed game malfunction, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to Players.

12. Account Termination

Players may close their get99 account at any time by contacting the support team via 24/7 live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal procedures described in Section 5.

get99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the Player has breached these Terms; the Player has provided false information; fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected; the Player's jurisdiction has imposed gambling restrictions; or the continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to get99.

Where an account is closed by get99 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance, pending withdrawals, and accrued bonus winnings may be voided. Where the account is closed for administrative or compliance reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player following the resolution of any outstanding checks.

13. Amendments to These Terms

get99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to Players. Where amendments are material — such as changes to withdrawal procedures, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — get99 will endeavour to publish a notice on the Platform homepage or send a notification to registered Players via email.

Amended Terms become effective from the date on which they are published on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which get99 is incorporated as an international online gaming operator. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties.
